pre fetch not working on ftp

Can't seem to get this to work, maybe u can help?

In Hud options/site options/FTP, I have pre-fetch checked, and files going to program files/rvg software/holdemmanger/importing/hem data

In options/auto configure import folders/ I hate the files going to same place.

I even tried checking the track live hands...

any advice?

what HM version you use?
