HM start error

Hi I have this error showing up after the instalation:

NTVDM CPU:not allowed instruction
CS:0f5a IP:011b OP:63 6f 6e 66 69
I can choose close/ignore option, after ignoring 16bit subsystem MSDOS freezes.

I have installed postgreSQL 8.4. I don't know what to do, if any1 could help me. My os is WinXP SP3.

what HM version you use?
