Pokerstars doesnt show winnings

Hi,
I dont have my tournament winnings in my stats. All tourneys are shown as 0$ winnings.
Also the Stars Party and Full Tilt EV graph isnt shown, just the normal graph.

All pokersides clients are in English.

Besides that everything works well. I also didnt have the problem before I made my new installation of HM.

Any ideas?

I have to say, that I never had these problems before I reinstalled it and updated it.

I always had the EV graph on all sides, and winnings on stars.
I have an extern folder that I created for the HM hands. This was an advice of some video Ive seen somewhere. But I also had that before, so that the histories are in there and not in the poker sides folders.

try to update to latest HM (1st link in my sign)

about Vista version: right-click on My Computer - propreties
it needs to be sp2. If no - go to Windows update

I have reinstalled my pc, and have the latest HM version. I also have service pack 1 latest net framework installed.

I just imported the hand histories I ordered via mail from stars, and still after import they wherent finished, and after finished flag them I get zero itm cashes???

Any ideas?

Can you try a new test database and import some of the problem hands into it please.

If you want to have ITM info and money won, you have to request and import summaries
