Hello,

I've sent a mail about this along with my GameHistory.dat, but since it'll take some time before it will be answered I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me.

I'm playing at ladbrokes with HEM 1.11.01. From each session I play only 100, exactly 100, hands will be imported. No errors or anything, but only 100 hands import. What could be the problem?

I imported it into another tracking-software and there every hand got imported.

Regards

Could it be that you have last 100 checked in the panel above the hands window?

If this isn't the case perhaps a screenshot may help.

Hello,

No, thats not the problem. At the import window it says Imported: 100, never exceeds that. Only happens with my prima-hands.

Can you try creating a new test database and importing a session to see if all the hands are imported?

Done, this time I only got the last 100, not even the original 300. This is really strange lol

Very odd, no other reports of this exact problem, although there were a couple of similar issues a few weeks ago. I'll see if I can find anything else and come back.

Sounds like you might have used auto import, auto import has a trigger where it only imports 100 hands max at a time, trying to import larger amounts can have bad effects so this is why it does that, try making a copy of the gamehistory.dat file and move it to a new folder then do a manual import, then anymore when there is a large amount of hands always use the manual import and only use auto import to import hands while actually playing
