Pacific poker problems

Hello :)

I just tried to import hands from Pacific poker. It seems like the hand grabber is working fine; txt files are in the selected folder. I have selected the folder to import in HM. When i launch Pacific poker, the table is found in the hud but there are no stats in my screen.

It seems like the stats are not imported in HM; i cannot find any stats in HM about hand played on Pacific poker.

Any ideas? I double checked the import folders, they are correct.

Donwload the latest update http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe

Make sure all is configured as per this FAQ http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=151

Then see if the hands are importing into HM if you run a report for today after playing a few hands. If they are importing but the HUD still isnt showing then try the table finder http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

i have the same problems with importing HHs from Pacific to HM.
HHs are in the right folder but HM does not seem to read them in the db.
HM had no problem in reading the HHs from my old Handgrabber-Version i used for the stone-old Client from Pacific.

Please email the HH, what version of the handgrabber are you using, should be using the newest as there is problems with the old one

In that version it should show the folder its saving the HH in, please make sure HM is pointed to that folder and if its still not working try a new database http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and failing that send me the files morny@holdemmanager.net
