is it possible to filter my XXXX last hands?

And second, is it possible to export to a new database my XXXX last hands and create a new database with that hands?

It is only possible to filter last 100 or 500 using the radio buttons.
Other than that you could experiment with the All Hands filter which gives you date options, and a way to specify a certain number of hands, (just keep playing with date range to get your target sample)
Once you have this selection, right click on the hands window and select Export All Hands To Hard Drive.
Then create your new DB and import from the folder you saved the hands into.
