Ive just started playing on ub and the stats of other players are showing but not updating?

Rolling back to 11.0a appears to have worked for a few issues if you want to give that a try.

sorry im using 1.11.0

edit: going by my sessions none of my ub hands have been imported

Might be worth upgrading to 11.0a then to see if this helps.

ive just spoken to ub support and he said


Kevin: Unfortunately there is bug affecting the use of HM and PT while playing at our game
Kevin: We have informed the Holdem Manager people about this problem

ive updated to the latest version but when i try to import the hands it says no new files found and when i try and run a report or find the hands in hem i cant seem to find any traces of them? Also my session hasnt appeared in my session tab

The team are aware of the issues, and the version hopping is just a temporary suggestion/solution.
Unfortunately this happened at a bad time with the Vegas week, so I'm afraid there's not much that can be done in the coming week.

Same problem here ... HUD is popping up but doesn show any data and no hands are getting imported.

I`d play yesterday at UB and Stats were imported correctly, also those ones of the day before.

Hud didnt work and not popping up.

try using the table finder
