HEM won't update

Hey guys my current version of HEM Pro is 1.10.03b.

I tried to update to the most recent version and it says the update went fine, but nothing actually changes....still says 1.10.03b at the top when i open HEM.

I also tried to update to 1.11.00, but same thing happened...said all the files were extracted, yet when I open HEM it still says 1.10.03b.

How can i get HEM to actually APPLY the update?

Please check if your existing installation is in the default location.
If it isn't HEM cant find it to update.

have had exactly the same problem!

the installer creates a new folder named "RVG Software".
its not my default folder. didnt noticed it :rolleyes:

now everything works fine! updated to 1.11.01 :)
