Can't get HH from another pc onto my HEM

I played a few tournies on Full Tilt on a friend's pc then requested FTP send me the hand histories which they did. I imported the text file but still nothing shows up in tourney history how do I fix this plz? I've done similar stuff with pokerstars hhs no problem.

Can you try making a new UTF database just to try importing these hands and see if that works.

I tried that and it worked yes but still had the wrong reults in there with no summary. I asked for summaries from FTP and they sent me some useless excel file! I easily adjusted the summaries manually but I want it in my main databse. When trying to import again it says no file found obv cos it's already in there.

change location of summaries and try to import them again
HM remembers last folder where manual import was made from - and when it is indicated again, HM thinks there is nothing to do there

I just changed the file name and it imported again but still won't show up in results.
