Hi Dec1

That's Merge Nework

1] When you open HM does it have 1.11.01 at the top ?
If not then update from 'Latest Beta' in my signature:

2] If you have Vista: Disable Vista UAC Help (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/29/Turning+Off+UAC+%28Vista%29)

3] If you have Win7: Disable Windows 7 UAC Help (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/30/Turning+Off+UAC+%28Windows+7%29)

4] In here: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: My HUD Doesn't Work (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn%27t+Work)

Try each section in the above especially table manager part & post answers to the questions if necessary

Yesterday I played a freeroll on Carbon with 2000 players and spent the first hour getting the HUD display right with the right stats on the right person. Very very aggravating. Get one stat and then try to work on another and the stat you had fixed goes haywire.

Finally got all the stats where they belonged and then discovered that when they moved me to a different table the stats were screwed up again. My stats were in the right place but all the rest were hosed.

I had checked the box to lock it and apply and done so I know I closed out of Table Preferences correctly but it didn't keep the stats where they belonged after a table change.

On top of that aggravation I only made it to 149th place grrr :(

Tournament Indicator has just come out with a HUD for their application and it works much easier ( although it doesn't work on Carbon yet ). You can move stats at anytime and table action doesn't screw them up. They stay put. At least they did for me yesterday in my first test of them. Very nice and easy to use. HEM programmers might wanna take a look at how they do that because setting up the HUD in HEM is a real huge pain. Great when you get it though.
