Hello,

I cleared my get it free bonus at 888 poker and purchased hold em manager. I played about 1000 hands at 888 and after I installed hold em manager I started to import those hands. However it shows my stakes are 5/10$ dollar and also my graph shows a losing of about 2000$. However I am playing at 0.05/0.1$ stake. What's wrong? I check my hand histories that were imported at C:/HMArchive and they are in English. Also I am running version 1.11.01.

I changed my language of the software to English and now it seems to work. However how do I delete the corrupted hh's out of HEM? I deleted them at C:/HMArchive but HEM still shows them.

Hi Troepa. You have removed the hands from the HMarchive where the HH copies are stored after being imported into your postgreSQL DB

You could delete just those bad hands in hands view of HM (or purge them)

but...

You have around 1,000 bad hands so the neatest way to do this is to create a fresh DB & import all the hands from your HMarchive into it

:D
hand history MUST be in English, otherwise HM don't recognize it
for 888 this means setting room interface to English (by reinstalling)

We always can choose the language on the settings options.

And the problem is not the language, cause all the hands in my hand history are written in English, the problem is that they use ',' instead '.' on the floating numbers, so the HM misunderstands them, well... i think what the HM really does is multiply them by 100.

It could be a nice idea for you to replace all the characters ',' with '.' before parsing the hand :rolleyes::)

perhaps problem is in regional settings on your PC (decimal separator)
try to change to English (US)

Don't worry.

I have just tried it, and like Troepa said, after changing the language of the software to English the floating numbers in hands are being generated with the correct format.

Thank you.
