Import errors Full Tilt and no HUD

I keep getting import errors on FT with new hands as well as old HH. When I try it with Stars everything works fine and I get HUD after one hand. But on FT hands are imported but every hand gives a error and no HUD appears

I am using version 1.11.01

I am having the same issue. Most of my FTP hands are not getting imported and I have no HUD. This is a pretty massive bug for a patch release ...

Still not working. And no HUD.

Tried to redownload and after that rebooted my computer. Picked a standard NL2 table and played some hands.

Some hands got imported but still got import errors (think 2 out of 10 without errors).

A HUD appeared for these hands but this wasn't updated constantly.

So some improvement but not fixed.

UPDATE:

I downloaded the latest BETA from the links in this thread....and that seems to fix the HUD and importing problem.

We had a problem with the first 1.11.01 release on FTP. Please clear your browser cache or use a different browser, download and install the update again.

What do you mean with browser cache?

Temp internet files / cookies or something like that?

And what do you mean with the update?

Ok so if I follow these steps it wil be ok?:
- delete HEM from my PC
- delete temp internet files and cookies
- download / install HEM again
- download / install update above

Or are step 3 and 4 the same?

i was download update from difrent browser,but still no HUD when i play

I cleared my cache and downloaded the installer again. This has not solved the problem. The HUD will load for regular tables but not for RUSH tables.

After the recent FTP update I've started to experience the same problem mentioned here (i.e. import errors and no HUD), installing the latest beta didn't resolve the issue. I think this is because of the change in HH format, instead of placing the $ sign before the number ($36.90) FTP now puts it after (36.90 $). Any ideas?

Which gametype are you playing?

I played some hands (NL cash) after the update yesterday and everything was working fine.
And so far i read from no other user reporting this.

NL cash. Did some research myself, seems like nobody else is experiencing this problem. Reinstalled HM several times to no avail. See HH files in the attachment, the one from NL100 imports all right, the other triggers import error.

The 2nd file doesn't import for me too. I'll forward it for further investigation.

Seems like this was FTP client's bug, after reinstalling it HH format reverted to a working state. Sorry to bother you.
