Saving hands - urgent

My computer got a virus, so i will reboot it.

Before i do it, please, tell me these two things:
-What do i have to do to save all the hands of the HM?
-Should i keep the HM and PostGree, or after i reboot it, i download again from Internet?


The first question, is because if i go to "handhistory" the hands that are imported by HM actually are not there already, right?

I can give you no hints how to handle the virus but i think the best is to reinstall your whole windows system.
