When i click on the database Manager option in the pull down menu of HEM trial version, the program just closes down and the DBControlPanel pops up with the error message 'BDControlPanel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience.'
Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to correct it please.
