Hello, I have just started a new microgaming account at Purple Lounge and the HUD don't appear when a play. HEM imports the hands, but when auto importing it only says no new file 0 hands imported. I have played at Unibet without problems, I followed the exact same procedure when configuring my Purple account as I did whit the Unibet one. Any ideas?

try using the table finder
