This is THE most annoying thing about HM. Every ******* time i have to request tournament summaries, because i play from 70-150 turbo sng's a day. And then when i finally copy everything from gmail (so slow...) and import it to HM, i have to be lucky that the data view is updated. It is a VERY tideous proccess without guaranteeing results. Is there update coming addressing this issue and if not, is there an alternative to HM, which doest this by itself?

If at anytime you try to import summaries and they dont update, please backup the database using the new backup and restore feature FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Backup & Restore Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/72/Backup+%26+Restore+Database) then upload it via www.yousendit.com and also send the summaries that are not updating it and well look into it

The problem is when you send the hands and summaries and we import them into a new database the problem doesnt exist so we need an actual database which already has the problem to try and fix it

Ok, i will do that tommorow. Does something similar like this (http://www.pokerprolabs.com/tournament_updater/) exist for hm? Or in the future maybe?

hmmm, can't upload, db is over 552 MB in size and i can only send 100 MB without paying :/

Try this Transfer Big Files Free - Email or Send Large Files up to 1GB (http://www.transferbigfiles.com/)

Something like that would be nice for Holdem Manager but i suspect they wouldn't support any of the smaller sites which are the ones that don't have summaries and full tilt and stars do but once we get this problem fixed there shouldnt be any issues

I just downloaded your file, but before I restore the backup file could you please try importing these summary files? (sent via email)

I simply opened them in NotePad++ > Encoding > Encode in UTF-8 > Save as..

This is mentioned in our FAQ regarding stars summaries - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Import Emailed Hand Histories (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+)

Please let me know if that does or does not solve it. If it does not solve your issue I will restore your backup file and do some testing.
