Seeing opponents hands...fail

I use holdem manager as well as holdem indicator. HI shows a villain with 200 observed hands, yet when I look at vs players in HEM, I see about 10. I only see those where we were both active in the hand. So if I folded pre flop, and villain played, I don't see anything about his play - even though I was in the game, and legitimately observing him. Any way to retrieve these?

I think you will find that vs player is just that, hands you played against said villain.

Try switching to villain as the current player and see what history you have on him.
