Ongame lobby not found

Hi,

Can't get TS to run hem1

Pop up says 'ongame lobby not found, have you run hem and ongame as admin'?

Yes they are both run as admin.

I have:

the latest version of hem 1.12.10b
updated windows
selected the same stake, seats etc
no chat is open, tables are running in alphabetical order (if that makes a difference)

Did HM1 ask you where the Ongame client was installed to and/or asked you to install a JAVA update and restart the Ongame client?



After the HM1 update, try restarting both HM1 and the Ongame client.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right c lick the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./
