View Full Version : hud won't change stats as play is ongoing

Hi,

My hud display doesn't show anything, just no data. When I relaunch I get current stats, but they don't change as the game goes on. Finally I get import errors. Any help would be appreciated.

On which pokersite?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Make sure the handhistories are saved in English.

Hi Patvs,

I have tried all the recommended actions, I have even removed hem and postresql, but nothing seems to work. Now I get my opening stats, which still don't change, on the start import page, the import errors always match the imported hand numbers. If I restart the manager and import one hundred hands I get 100 import errors. What do you think?

If on AbsolutePoker/UltimateBet, The Cereus Network changed their handhistory formatting with their recent software update causing import problems. 1.11.0a solves Cereus (UB/AP) import issues @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate_1.11.0a.exe

BUT this build has some (graphical) TableScanner issues.... So look out for friday's final update which solves that as well.

I thank you for your interest and advice on the problem with the HUD display, the manager is working again and my frustration level is normal. The only problems remaining are AP bugs. Thanks again, mdavrid.
