Hello
I am unable to enter my HEM anymore.
It was working fine until it started saying that I had a trail version. At this point, I would simply close the program and try opening again and it worked. Now, it says I have licensing issues with my account.
I spoke to the support@holdemmanager.com and was given some tips to help get my HEM functional again but none have worked.
I reformatted my computer completely, updated to Windows 3.5 service pack, and downloaded and installed HEM. I cannot register it because it says that it cannot connect to the remote server, and if I follow the tips provided, the message will say that it cannot connect because the license has been modified.
Later it states my serial code is PR2-G5UD1-X124X-0J8E-2SMH which is not correct at all.
Please someone help me with my issues. Is it possible that my license number has defaulted? Would you be able to send me a new license number?
