View Full Version : Pokerstars 100-250bb ante tables results not being reported accurately by HEM

I played a session earlier today and noticed the amount I won in my session did not equal to how much HEM said I had won.

I asked Pokerstars for an audit report and found that each of the four 100-250bb ante tables had a discrepancy in reporting how much I won on each table.

For each table, HEM showed that I did not win as much as the audit report showed I had.

I deleted the hands from the session, asked Pokerstars for the hand histories for the hands I had played, and reimported the hands and the results were the same.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

and reimport the hands.


If you were already using 1.11.00, email us the hands + a link to this thread + how much you won that session according to the cashier.

Yes, I am using version 1.11.00 of HEM.

I presume I should email you to support@holdemmanager.com right?

It's been a few days and I haven't gotten an email back with any suggestions as to how to fix this.

Can someone help me with this?

This was fixed a while ago, Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and it will work for new hands, for older hands youll need to delete the hands, then move the originals to a new folder and reimport them

No, Morny, this is a new problem.

Just to make sure it wasn't fixed in the most recent version of HEM (version 1.11.01), I deleted the hands and reimported them, getting the same result.

I sent an email as was requested of me and a few days have passed and I have not received a reply.

Any and all assistance you might be able to provide me would be greatly appreciated.
