Hey guys,

I've been using HEM for awhile now, but purchased Norton to clean my computer. I looked through FAQs, and it said to uninstall completely. I'm more looking for a way to prevent it firewalling Postgres, while being able to keep Norton. Thanks for any input/advice.

What exactly are the problems your getting? exact messages or screenshots will speed up the solution.

Usually if its a postgreSQL issue try adding all the HM exes and PostgreSQL exes which is explained in the FAQ to the firewall FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Software Security Problems (Firewall) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/339/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29)

If that doesnt work its best to uninstall it completely, get HM working and then afterwards reinstall the firewall and add the exceptions

I tried to follow all steps in the FAQ's, and added all of the exceptions in the firewall, to no avail.
