I'm having problem with my HEM right now.

He's not importing the sessions im playing right now, I didn't touch nothing everything was working fine earlier , I just don't see any new sessions in my reports/session tab.

When my HUD is loaded on the table if I click 2 times on a hud player there's always 0 hands with 0 data.

did you update to 1.11? because Im having the same problem with AP.

Having same issue. It occured at 12pm EST I believe. AP changed soemthing with their HH I think.

It appears they added a letter to the game # so it is C37634764 instead of just 346794898

Same here. Import errors for all hands after 12.

I went through and deleted all the C's and the hands imported. Can we get a quicker fix on this?

yeah exact same thing! i'm playing on AP too and I have the last update

I dunno wtf is going on but 4 diff. tables HHs disappeared as I was changing the C's. How can we retrieve the HHs? Where did they go?

Same problem here. It shows who won the last hand and all that in the top left but doesn't update individual stats

Also, will the hands played that haven't been imported be automatically imported after the new HEM update?

Since they were import errors youll just need to move the files to a new location and import them, HM has a memory and if it sees you imported File A from My Documents it skips it to save time so you need to either rename the files (hardest way) or just move them to a new folder and manually import them

My HM imports tourney files without prob, but all cash game hands are missing, they will just not import, but only the cash game ones, that started today and i have NOT updated HM yet

Anybody got a fix yet?? should i update HM???

As mentioned above AP/UB edited the hand history formats, were in the process of releasing a fix and should have something soon, it only seems to have affected cash games but well release and update asap which will be announced at the top of every page as 1.11.01

I mean the icons the hud assigns to players, that are obv skewed to 6 max nl stats but dont quite work for other games...

Sorry ive no details on the icons at the moment either so not sure of an ETA, the UB fix should be tomorrow if there are no complications

i am having the same problem for like 2 days now with purple lounge so i updated just now to 1,11,0 and moved to stars whre it doesnT work too... hud appers , table finder recognizes the table and haw many hands i have played but stats always the same id HUD ...dont know what to do :confused:

1,11,0a and nothing , still the same problem ...i am wondering how is this possible that u install the newer/est version and HM is down , this has happened like for the 3 rd time and if i tell my friends that i have some preblems they think i am retard :p
...so what should i do new database or what ? i need to play
...pls for those who somehow fixed this why dont u come back and post some usefull tips pls ?
+ to ppl from HM ... is 24/7 live support such a big deal ?

The patch worked for me. The only thing I can think off, is that, you are not
installing it in the right directory. Make sure you install the patch in the same directory where you installed Holdem Manager.

I thought you were going to update the beta release ver that appears at the top of every page? This was the only thing I was checking to see if you guys completed the new beta version.

But in my "sessions" tab, I don't see any of the sessions I played after the problem happen 2 days ago.

How do I get those hands/session that I played after back?

If you want to fix you have to do it manually. The patch does NOT import any new hands on my version of HEM. I'm still having to do this manually.

Manual Fix:

1. Search "Stage #C" in Poker Client File.

2. Open all relevant files (where #C begins HH instead of just #number)

3. Select 'Edit'-'Replace' on each text file one by one.

4. In the 'Replace' box enter "#C"

5. In the 'Replace with' box enter "#"

6. Select 'Replace All'

7. Exit file and save.

8. Repeat steps for the next text file.

NOTE: This is only to replace old HHs. It is not a live fix. But your old hands will import.

For those of us whose HEM is not fixed by this patch we would appreciate an answer as to why, and when we can expect a beta update.

I downloaded the patch, but it doesn't say "a" after it, nor does the "a" appear in the title bar here for me.

I still don't have the hands I played on absolute yesterday.

I tried to search for the files to reimport them manually as suggested but I cannot find them. They are no longer in the absolute HH file.

How can I find these files and reimport them?

If it doesnt say A then you probably didnt install correctly

Please try rebooting and Please install the version here again http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/30807-cereus-ub-ap-import-fix.html, sometimes hm processes dont close properly and the install messes up, so reboot and run the update before you open and other programs

OK, i updated to the "a" version without problem, and my HEM is now importing ABS hands.

Unlike other posters, my lost hands from yesterday have not shown up in my reports. How do I find them and get them in my database? I saw them being imported yesterday, and they are no longer in my ABS HH file. I don't know where they are moved after being imported.

They are in the HM archive folder (default c:\hmarchive). Rename the files or move them to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

so am i really the only 1 , whose HM still doest work ?
- my version is 1.11.0a
- cant see any difference from the older HH and the new ones
even if i moove them to other location , and reimport = all errors
i am desperate pls help :mad:
