View Full Version : Missing session

Hello,

I've just finished playing a quick session but noticed that hands didn't get imported into Hold'em Manager. The file was sitting in the usual Full Tilt Poker folder, so I tried to bring it in manually but with no luck. I could see updated stats, new players and their hand counts but didn't see the actual hands (neither their nor my).

Hard drive backup - which also creates a copy of the entire PostgreSQL folder - was running during my game, so I thought that perhaps one of database files got locked out, etc. and got corrupted somehow.

Not a problem. I deleted the database, created new one as per your directions, imported hand histories and... the same thing happened. This time that session file was moved from FullTiltPoker standard location to ArchivedHands but I still can't see session details in Hold'em Manager. Updated stats are there but no actual hands.

When I tried to reimport the file, I got:
Imported 1 files
Files Imported: 1 of 1
Hands Imported: 24 Hands/s: 49.6/s
Duplicate Hands: 24
Import errors: 0

I'm not concerned about the loss of 24 hands but don't want that to keep happening.

Any ideas what's going on and how I could fix it?

Can it be related to the fact that the session was cap limit hold'em?

Yeah the cap hand was just due to a filter issue, Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and it should resolve the issue

Hi. I installed it (HEM shows as 1.11.0), deleted database, created database, imported hands from the archive and nothing changed. I also found a few other cap limit sessions and they've never been imported either.

Hi,

Please email me and we can do a teamviewer session, just download teamviewer from TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet (http://www.teamviewer.com) and let me know a suitable time GMT in advance. Teamviewer allows me to access your computer to fix the problem.

When we agree a suitable time you just need to send me the ID and password that Teamviewer creates to get access to your PC

Thanks

Morny,

I'd like to thank you for taking the time out of your very late evening to fix this issue remotely on my computer. I'm not used to this kind of dedication and really appreciate it.

Regards,

Peter
