View Full Version : Error when trying to open Full Tilt Tables with table scanner

I get the following error when trying to open tables via the table scanner on FTP.

Other sites work fine.

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

I am on Windows XP (should have said it my original post...).

I do run the latest version.

I remember now that I had errors when updating with the EasyHook.dll (it couldn't update or something like that). I didn't give it much thought because HEM still worked completely normal.

Also: This error isn't occuring every time I use HEM.

Please try rebooting and Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe again, sometimes hm processes dont close properly and the install messes up, so reboot and run the update before you open and other programs and that should fix it

Ok cool, thanks.

Haven't had the error occur anymore so far :)

Something else though:
When I am in a differen tab (like Rush Poker or Tournaments) in the FTP client and I try to open a table via table scanner I naturally get an error message.

However if this happens and I then switch to the correct tab I have to close Full Tilt and restart it in order to open tables again via Table Scanner. It simply won't do anything otherwise.
