My HEM works for all sites except pokerstars. It used to work just fine but all the sudden it stopped working. I downloaded the newest update and it works for one hand. It saves 1 hand to the database then stops working. Help?

Please try a new database http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and if it still dosent work please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and ill look into it

It still is just saving one hand and then stops importing. Attached is my holdemmanager.config file

Have you UAC disabled? http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 if your using VISTA

yes, its disabled. Stars is the only site that isnt working.

Sorry, if your using the newest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and its still happening them email me and ill do a teamviewer session and fix this for you, im on now for about an hour or alternatively ill do one tommorrow
