Today I have reinstalled Windows, PostgresSQL 8.3 and HM. Earlier I repeatedly successfully did it.Today I have successfully established Postgre, but after start HM there was an error.After that it is impossible to create a new database.
Something can be made?

This is a generic warning because your .config file has the last database name in it. You just need to create a new DB. Click OK, then click Connect on the DB Control Panel. Now Create a New Database and name it as you wish.
