Downloading a large file

I'm trying to download a very large file. I am using the "import from folder option" rather than "start auto import"

HEM says "Importing..."

But so far there is no mention of the number of files and there is no green bar filling up on the "import progress". It's been like this for quite a while now.

Is this just not working? Or do I need to be patient? It's been half an hour now

Please wait a little longer.
If it doesn't work split the file with a text editor like notepad and use the import from file function.
