Prefetch not working for me

The prefetch for FTP isnt working for me.

I am using version 1.10.06a and when i open up a table it just says I have 0 hands on every player at the table even though I have hundreds or thousands of hands on these players in my database.

Here is my preference file attached, and screenshots of the problem

FTP doesn't write the hand history in the chat any more, unless you get dealt in. I guess HEM has to find a completly new solution.

Haven't tried today but yesterday the Prefetch worked for me.
The prefetch doesn't use the chat, he uses the OCR technique we developed for the Rush Hud.

Your prefetch configuration in the site options points to the wrong path.

Now I changed the configuration as instructed, still no hands are prefetched and the hud stats are set to Zero.

There you go. I played yesterday some rush poker and had no problems, but as you can see, prefetch doesn't work.

There is a solution at the above link. Prefetch works for most players if you follow these instructions.

Hud options > Additional hud filters > change all players to 2 to 10

I tried this and it does work. Whats annyoing though is i want the hud to distuguinish between shorthanded and longhanded. Now I cant do that anymore since the hud filters are turned off so thats a bit of a problem!

But yeh that appears to be the bug. Can you guys work on fixing this? I would like the hud filters to be compatable with prefetch.
