Hello.

I've been using Holdem Manager for a whole year in several sites - though mostly at microgaming.

A couple of days ago I started playing at the bossmedia network (through opoker.com) and to my surprise the following happens: not only do some import errors tend to occur, as those hands are not recognized/imported/processed at the "sessions" tab nor at "reports", HOWEVER, the correct number and € won is correct at the graph, and I can actually see the handhistory of a specific non-processed hand at the HUD - but only at the hud, not in HEM.

I've played around 3k'ish hands by now, and there's a difference of ~300 hands not imported. Most of them are irrelevant, but others are major pots and besides, the more I play, the more I'm missing - and a couple of BB's per a hundred hands DOES actually matter, as all of you know.

Is anyone experiencing the same?

I'm using HEM 1.10.06 with windows 7.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

If none of that helps, try to reproduce it in a new DB:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips)

If the problem persists in a new db, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com.
