View Full Version : Holdem Manager Session/Graph dont match?

Any ideas as to what is causing this?
I have no filters on and we are only lookin at "This Months" hands... both
the graph section and the session section are set to this.
One says -$0.63... the other says +$1.37
Also, there is a differnce of 34 hands between the graph and reports section...

I have played $2NL, $5Rush, $5 cap limit and $10 rush.

This is happening to me also (as I've stated in my thread), but only on Bossmedia network. I've played fine thus far at microgaming.

Little help please..

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

If none of that helps, try to reproduce it in a new DB:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

If the problem persists in a new db, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com.

I answered in your thread. We prefer to have each customer use their own thread, even if they have similar problems, so we dont confuse poster's problems.

thanks so much for your help.. the link was very helpful.. i found the problem...
I had my filters "off" however i need to to put it to " use for all".
that sorted it...thx again.
