Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_03Aug2012.exe

Run dbcontrolpanel from the HoldemManager folder, create a new database, and reimport your hands.

Run dbcontrolpanel from the HoldemManager folder, create a new database, and reimport your hands.

It would take ages, is there any other way?
Whole massage witch show up: "an error occurred while updating your DB (retured amount support). A timeout has occured. If you where establishing a connection increase Timeout value in Connection String. If you were exusting a command, increase the Comand Timeout value in ConnectionString or in your Npqsq Comand Object"

How to increase Timeout value in Connection String? mayby that will help

Before upper massege had showed, it showed that massage:
"Database update HM is about update structure. This may take a long time... Please do not force HM to close as doing so may corrupt your databse"
So Database should be update, without forcing me to create a new one

Theoretically you can increase the timeout error by editing postgresql.config
(search for 'timeout' in that file)

Change
checkpoint_timeout = 10min
authentication_timeout = 10min

(remove the "#" in front of the line!)

Reboot after you make the changes (or restart the SQL server).

But.... if you get the same error, there was probably already a corruption in the old database.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
