Hi,

I keep getting Import errors all the time. I have HEM Professional installed.
When I start HEM, I get the error that Leakbuster has an unhandled error:
http://www.upload.ee/image/541897/input_string_was_not_in_a_correct_format.bmp

I have the newest version of HEM Professional. Try to Import 100% PokerStars NL Holdem hands. My hands are in English. I have postgresql uninstalled/installed twice. I tried two databases and both gave the Import Error.

What can be the problem?

Thanks in advance,
Vincent

please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

If the problem still persists

First of all, thanks for trying to help.
Second,
I can't give the .exe permission, I do see the Compability Tab, but it doesn't show me the option to give permission to run it as an Administrator.

I did the rest, but the Leakbuster error is still there! I really deleted everything!
This must be the problem, someone had it before;

Hi Laz0rr

What OS are you ?

You write this: "I can't give the .exe permission, I do see the Compability Tab, but it doesn't show me the option to give permission to run it as an Administrator"
Do you mean the option is greyed out:

...
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC
Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.

Or do you mean something else ?

Problem solved by support of HEM :) Thanks!

I had a corrupt hosts file (didn't even know I had that file) :p
