HEM not importing from file

I subscribe to PokerHH for daily hand history updates. When trying to "import from folder" I get the message 0 files found. The auto import seems to work fine though. I contacted PokerHH and they suggested creating a new database and trying a small test import. I did this and it worked!

Any suggestions on how to import these hand histories into my real database?

I am using the trial version of HEM as I am considering switching over from PT3, and I really like the software so far, but this is very frustrating!

Rename the files or move them to a different folder and try to import them via import file or import from folder
