At first, sorry for 623128th same topic about validation, but I've tried all FAQs, read all threads about this problem and nothing helps;

I did not update anything, HM just would not validate the next day; I've already sent Reg.log to support@holdemmanager.net / .com; but no reply from there already for lik 4 days.

The interesting thing is that HM still works fine on a laptot, even after I've reset serial on both PCs.

Whay should I do? :(

You should normally receive an answer from support within 12 hours. Did you check your spam folder too?

Are you using the same key on both computers?

Can you connect to the internet via internet explorer? HM uses the same settings.
Please attach the file reg.log (its in the logs subdirectory) but delete your key in this file before posting.
