Make sure your fire wall or virus software is not blocking the Wizard access to the internet. Then click on the help button and click on License Management. Fill out the dialog (you don't need an activation code) and press Register.

Hi SitNGo Wizard!
I have same problem. I'm using HM Pro from beginning of this year and few days ago I wanted to try for 1st time integrated SNG Wizard, as I'm checking ways & tools to help me improve my game further. When I tried, I got message "Trial Period Expired". My Licence ID: 90774.
If possible, please reactivate my trial period. I don't need full 30 days but I would like to have chance to try SNG Wiz for a week or so before decision about purchase.

A few years ago, I had the free trial, but didn't purchase. Recently thought about purchasing, then saw the HEM trial offer. Had the same problem as this thread.
License ID 6693
Still have SnGWiz on my computer, tried going there and I can log in there, but can't do anything with it.
Should I uninstall the other version?
Thank You

Is the trial available in HEM2? I am using HEM version 6470. When I open the SitNGo app, it says coming soon. I tried the stand alone version a few years back, and would like to play around with it a bit more if possible. Thanks for your time.

I've used my registered copy of sngwiz for years now and just tried today again (integrated into HM1) and received the trial period expired message.
Licence ID is 18859. Any particular reason it's suddenly stopped working? Could you reactivate please?
Thanks
