how to set shown name length?

I would like to shorten the showen names of the players so that all would have i.e. only 4 letters. Is this possible and if so how can i set this in HM?

Sorry, but i don´t get it.

I can only choose in the "decimals" the numbers 0,1 or 2 and this is obvious for stats. I cannot fix the amount of letters of the name that are shown this way or at least nothing changed when i tried. I also would like to see always the first 4 letters.

Is this somehow possible?
