View Full Version : Cash Games sections (Sessions, Graphs etc) not fully updating

The last 3/4 times I've played (using version 1.10.06a) hands have imported fine - my HUD updates correctly and Reports in Players section update correctly. However, when I look in the Cash Games section (such as Sessions or Graphs) approximately only 1/3 of my hands are within the data shown (I'm not using any filters).

Any idea why this is and/or how to fix the problem?

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and import those same hands into that database, does the problem still occur?

Have created a new database and no problems, all hands were imported fine and showing as would be expected.

Ok looks like theres a corruption in the old one, please export all your hands from the old database into the new one and it should be fine.

Export and Import your Hand Histories and/or backup and restore your database

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries
