Any idea why the cards and other images are not showing and have been replaced with red x's. I've updated Java and am using .NET 3.5

Not sure what else to try.

Cheers
Daniel

Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools button, then click on Internet Options.

Select the Advanced tab.

Scroll down to the Multimedia section and make sure "Show pictures" is checked.

Click OK.

Restart HM.

Let me know if the problem persists.

Thanks for the reply.

Done this and "Show pictures" was already checked. Dont think it can be this anyway as I never use IE, only Firefox. Looked at some of the Firefox settings but couldn't find anything obv.

You should still be able to start up the stand-alone version. I would be interested to know if do that solves your problem.

Try deleting this folder:

"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money"

where UserName is your Windows login name.

I don't have such a folder; I'm on WinXP and that's how Wiz appears in my HEM:

How to fix that?

On XP I think it's under "Documents and Settings\UserName\Local".
