Hello,

I've recently downloaded Holdem Manager. I'm still in my try out period.
The first days Holdem Manager worked perfectly and could use the HUD and the other options. Since 3 days Holdem Manager stopt saving my hands. It says that the hands are imported but when i look further they aren't worked out in the program en that HUD doesn't appear on the poker table.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to make Holdem Manager Function again?

1.What version of Holdem Manager are you using?
Holdem Manager 1.10.04b

1.What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Full Tilt and only used it here.

1.Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
NL Cashgame

1.Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
Yes

1.Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
I believe the settings are ok. It worked before with the same settings. Only thing changed is that there was a re-newed version of Full Tilt.

1.Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
Hand histories are showing up.

2.If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
Here is the problem, the hands are not showing in Holdem Manager but they it says they are imported after every hand I play.

1.If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
I don't really understand this one. What kind of new database should I create and how? This sounds like a solution.

1.Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)
Not yet used.

1.If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
Yes

1.Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder. It may be just called holdemmanager if youve extenstions turned off.Done i think. It was already named holdemmanager.config

I'm sorry, I said the Hand History was in English. I selected it this way in Full Tilt. But when I open my history it is written is Dutch.
When I look into my Hand History this is changed on the 23rd op April. It isn't changed in the Full Tillt settings.

The recent full tilt update has caused some problems with their client. If their lobby is set to Dutch then the hand histories began being written in that language. Hopefully they are able to fix it soon. In the meantime, the FTP client MUST be in English as well as the hand histories.
