View Full Version : Ongame changed there handhistory syntax

On Saturday i played one tournament....
Then i looked at the tourney stats and i saw, that i got 3 new played tournaments instead of the one i played! so i looked at the handhistory file and i noticed, that they have changed the syntax of the hand history....

now for example, they write the buyin of an tournament into the handhistory file....


so please can you change the import of the handhistory files?

Since my first post we got 2 updates, but the problem is still alive...

I thought it now picks up the buyin, if not please please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and ill check into it

that's right... it picks up the buyin!
But if you change the table in a mtt, you get a new tournament entry! fpr example, i play one tournament and have 5 tournament entries!

At the moment we have no solution for this problem but we are still investigating how to fix it.

since 2 or 3 weeks (i don't know it exactly) ongame makes for each Tournament an extra handhistory file..... und the name of the file should be the tournament number...

so a solution shouldn't be as difficult.....

The last email we got for the yahoo.de email you registered on the site with was in March to sales, are you sure you used support@holdemmanager.com? If so please send again and ill check the inbox

i installed the update 1.11.03 ... but still the same problem
are there plans for an solution in the next update?
