Hi!

After choosing my preferred seat on iPoker the HUD shows mucked holecards sometimes in the wrong position.

What do you mean with sometimes?

It may be necessary to arrange the mucked cards with the right mouse key and save this via table manager -> file -> save positions.

Thats what i did and it didn't help.
Sometimes means "most of the time". And it's not always "2 to the right" or "1 to the left" - it's always different on different tables. (Sry. Wish I could explain better)

Stats are on right position though.

EDIT: Can anybody tell me where on a 6max iPoker table the "22" should be when arranging the mucked cards via "Table Preferences" -> "Card and Alignment Edit"?

Can you please try it with site options->ipoker-> attempt to .. all switched off?

If that doesn't help we need to have a deeper look into it.
Please post some screenshots of the table, your settings and the table manager.

Ive checked ipoker mucked cards and its working fine for me.

First of all make sure you have preferred seating setup correctly
FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Setup Auto Center Preferred Seating for Ipoker (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/390/Setup+Auto+Center+Preferred+Seating+for+Ipoker)

Then setup mucked card alignment like in this FAQ FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Mucked Cards are Not Correctly Aligned (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/53/Mucked+Cards+are+Not+Correctly+Aligned+) and regardless of whether you play HU or 6max or Full Ring open an almost full 10 max table and set it up as shown in the screenshot below, then once thats done it should automatically work on all limits.

What do you mean with sometimes?

At some tables it works and at other tables it dosn't. I can't figure out why. It drives me nuts! I'm playing 6max only so all table are of the same kind.

To demonstrate I made a video (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0W3RYUJ8) of me playing 3 table on TitanPoker.

01:24 upper rigt table: mucked cards are in the right position
02:11 bottom left table: mucked cards are in wrong position
02:34: I start showing some of my settings
03:21 bottom right table: mucked cards are in wrong position

PLEASE HELP.

The video is not available.

Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

Hmm, I've just downloaded the video by myself - it works for me.

But I've send an EMail to requested a Teamviewer session also.

I can confirm this happens to me as well. The mucked cards are never in the right places and always randomly off. I have reported this before but no help has been received.

I didn't say never. At some tables it works fine like it's shown in the video.

Now waiting for the Teamviewer session to solve the problem ...

just an info:

Anyway there is a bug that crept in to the 1.11 builds where stat positions are resetting sometimes and we think this might have something to do with it, were hoping for a fix for the next build but its tight whether it will make it for that build or not, if not it will definetely be the next one

Thanks

Is the mucked cards position fixed yet, or going to be fixed soon?

So, is this fixed in the 1.11.03 pre-release?

It doesn't work for me with the 1.11.03 pre-release!:(

First table is ok with mucked cards, play several more hands, save positions, but with all the following tables the mucked cards are messed up.

Anybody else confirm this?

Sorry this took a while. The mucked cards for 6 max tables were displayed using the 10-max preferred seat setting. It will be fixed in the next release.

Is it now fixed in 1.11.03, or will it be the following release?

Mike added some changes during the last weeks but i'm not sure about this as i don't see it in the releases list.
Just give it a try.
