Hi,
I've been using HM for a few months and never had any problem of importing hands till yesterday.
While I was playing (on Everest), it seemed that HM imported the hands since the stats given by the Hud were being adjusted every 5 seconds. However, at the end of the session, the hands were not taken into account into the Reports.

I've tried to take the HH files from "imported HH" (the folder in which HH imported are sent) and to re-import them by HM.

This is what I got :
http://d.imagehost.org/0278/Import.png

And the hands still don't appear in my reports.
Edit : No filter is activated.

Do you have any idea of what I could do ?
(Btw, I've tried to import these hands with PokerTracker2 and it worked).

Thanks

I've made some tests to see if the Hud did take the hands into account or not, and it seems to be the case.

So,
- the hands are being imported
- the Hud can "see" them
- these hands are not in my Reports. Strange :s

Pleas upgrade to this beta http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and then create a new databse and import the hands and see if they show up there http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

The beta version asks me another key to register, what do I have to do ?
I don't have anymore the confirmation mail in which the previous password was written.

Anyway, that seems a strange problem to me since I had played a session 1 hour before and that had worked correctly.

Thanks for the reply by the way, even if it seems to be a standard one.

Hands are imported without any problem in the new database.
I guess you know I'd like to use the stats I had in my older database. What is the best way to do that ?
Trying to repair the previous database or re-import all the hands of my database into the new one ?

Easiest to export the Hand histories by following just the 1st step in this FAQ http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=12 and then open the new database and use the manual import to import those files and all should be fine
