View Full Version : Table scanner doesn't word with Everest

Maybe I do something wrong. When I start table scanner I see all tables being scanner, but when the program is ready, no tables are shown in Table Scanner. It just says Visible Tables 0 / 0.

What's wrong?

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe as there is a few bug fixes for the scanner in that

I did it (again) but this doesn't make any difference. Any special settings required?

What game/stake/size/format did you set the scanner to scan to?

Sounds like no table from the Everest lobby meet your criteria?

Maybe the problem is that I play 0,05/0,1 and that's what the blinds are. In the list in the Everest lobby these tables are called 0,1/0,1. Don't know why.

In the Table Scanner isn't a checkbox for 0,1/0,1

Was my last remark a stupid one? Then please tell me what I'm doing wrong. The scanner still doesn't work for me

You need to set the scanner to scan the "0.05/0.10" stake.
This way it will scan the "0,1/0,1" tables in the EverestPoker lobby.

I'd like to see the table list, stakes etc. in the lobby.

Okay, looks like your regional settings in windows is not compatible.
In other words: The stake in your lobby is ",10/,10" instead of ".10/.10"...


We will fix that for the next version, but for now try the following workaround please:
1) "Start->Settings->Control panel"
2) Open the "Regional and Language Options"
3) Set the "Standard and Formats" to "English (US)"
4) Restart Windows

Dear support,

Since the latest update 1.11.0 (on winXP), TS is not working for EVP anymore. Only a few tables are scanned (5 or so). Lobby is English, sorted by different things.

Too bad there are so many problems with EVP TS, glad I didn't buy the server side scanner yet :)

Please wait for the next HoldemManager update this weekend.
Let me know if that doesn't bring an improvement.
