As title says, when I mark a session under the "Sessions" tab, no hands are displayed at the bottom of the screen, it's just a big white open space.
Never had this problem before, have I done something wrong?
Hands are displayed in all of the other tabs.
I have the latest update.

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and try importing some hands and see if the problem persists

Not quite sure when you say mark a session?
Are you selecting session from the side bar?
My first thought was a filter or checkbox accidentally checked, but you say hands appear using other windows.
Can you post a screenshot?
You can use gimp or similar graphics progs to blur out the data panels if you prefer.

One thing I've noticed is that the attach file window needs expanding to see the upload button on the rh side

Sorry, my bad for poor english, what I mean is:
I am selecting "sessions" in the sidebar yes.
As in your screenshot all of my sessions are displayed in the upper big box.
In the lower big box, all hands in the marked sessions should be displayed, but no hands are displayed there, it's just empty.

I've installed the latest update/patch and tried to start a new database and import some hands, but same problem.

Try selecting Hands from the sidebar, you should get one window with probably last 100 hands showing.
Then click All Hands button on the top bar, and select Today, Yesterday or last xxx hands.
Does this work?

Yes, that works, also in the "reports" in the sidebar the hands are showing.

Not sure what to suggest then.
Obviously you can do your review using the method I suggested in my last post.

Meanwhile if you want to post the screenshot perhaps.
Also is this just one particular site and game type?
Is this just for recent sessions?
What happens if you import older data you know worked before?

I can review using the "hands" tab, but I payed for this product and want it to work properly of course :)

It is every session that I have played, it worked just fine a few days ago, but suddenly stopped working.

I think I'm going to try backing up my hands and re-install.

Thanks alot so far, I will post back when I'm done :)

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

Hi,

Please email me and we can do a teamviewer session, just download teamviewer from TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet (http://www.teamviewer.com) and let me know a suitable time GMT in advance. Teamviewer allows me to access your computer to fix the problem.

When we agree a suitable time you just need to send me the ID and password that Teamviewer creates to get access to your PC

Thanks
Morny
