Cant install .net Framework 3.5 SP1

When I start the setup from the microsoft website download it sits there at 0 MB download, 0 KB/sec. It then shows and error saying it can't download it and to try again later.

Well the download and installation of .net Framework 3.5 went through, restarted laptop and opened HEM and its promoting me to do the same download again

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate (windows updates and service packs).

When this is complete try the .net installation again:
Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe
