I just purchased the hold'em manager pro, and still haven't been able to use the software. I think theres some sort of problem with the postsgresql. I first try to install both the hold'em manager and the postsgresql. At some point it said the password or username was incorrect. I tried what you said on your faqs pages, ( using dbpass but it didn't work ). If I just load the hold'em manager it will finish loading, but then when I open the program it says "FATAL:3D000 database "holdemmanager" does not exist". I also tried to change the settings from md5 to trust, but that didn't work either

Do you have a running postgresql service?
Do you have PT3 or elephant installed and running?
