View Full Version : HM doesnt update PS tourney summary for all tourney in its database

Hi,
I have a problem with importing data from tournament summary on pokerstars that I always request to be sent on my email.
Last time I requested over 65 SNGs, I got the email, ctrl+copy / paste inty a .txt file and then I did the ImportFile(s). Just like always.
But it only updated few latest SNGs and left everything else unchanged.

I add here link to the printscreen of my HM tourney list for last 7 days:

I observed that the last two tourneys (at the bottom of the picture) are updated. Probably I made an update earlier and it worked great.
Then two SNGs for 45 players are updated too, since I made ITM. But there are no crossed boxes on the left.
But there are still 3.30+R for 180 players, and some 6.50 and 12 for 45 players, and 12 for 180 players also.

Weird is that the tourney 40 is updated and its header is-

There are switches between days in CET time. Could this be the problem?

I can upload also the text file that Im importing the summaries from. Ill add it in .zip file.

I forgot to add that this happened to me before but I didnt have time to post about it here. Today I forced myself to make some time and report on this.

For more info, just ask me. Maybe I forgot to mention something.

OK,
support gave me a link to new version and it helped. Now the ImportFile(s) function worked great.

But I recall one corresponding problem. When I run HM and start importing through ImportFile(s) function from my summary text file (pokerstars tourneys nad SNGs) and then I want to play cashgame, I click StartAutoImport but no TableManager appears. I used to do it always in reverse order -
1- I clicked StartAutoImport
2- the TableManager appeared, and then I simply stopped importing by clicking StopImport
3- I clicked ImportFile(s) and imported summaries from .txt file
4- I clicked again the StartAutoImport

That should work fine, did the table manager load when you clicked start auto import?

If you go to Hud Options > Relaunch Hud does it now show?

Are you using 1.10.06? If not Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Yes I have 1.10.06. I had this problem for several months but I didnt mind. I used to StartAutoImport first, stop it, ImportFile(s) and then StartAutoImport again.

Unfortunately the TableManager shows only when I click autoimport, but havent clicked ImportFile(s) before. It lookes to me that ImportFile(s) blocked somehow the start of TableManager (after standart clicking on StartAutoImport.

No, the RelaunchHud doesnt work.

I even tried to ImportFile(s) an empty .txt file, and then clicked StartAutoImport but nothing happened, no TableManager window appeared. And RelaunchHud didnt help when either StartAutoImport was running nor stopped.

I can acknowledge this behaviour and i generated a bug for it (for the replayer Hud but its the same).
I hope this will be fixed soon.

I am having this same problem with stars tourney reports. I tried updating to the latest version and importing the txt file again but no joy, only a small portion of the tourneys are being updated....

I emailed support and they gave me a link to new version. HM now shows 1.10.06 internal.

Unfortunately I deleted the email with the link.
