It has now been over 24 hours since HM started importing my hand histories. Should it take this long? I play on Pokerstars and Full Tilt. There are about 2 years of history.

Is there a way to see the ones that have been imported and the ones left to be done?

I haven't been able to get to the tourrnament summaries yet.

Any tips or suggestions?

its depends on a ton of things including PC specs, site the hands were played on, type of games etc

It should give a progress bar showing how many hands are imported and a very rough estimate of how long is left? Do you not see this, can you post a screenshot if not

It keeps cycling saying:

Files imported: 1 of 45 (but goes to 45 after about 10 minutes)
Hands import: 0 hands/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate hands: 0
import errors: 0

even when it says 14 of 45 files imported. During the process, it says something like, '5 of 18 parts of a large file have been processed. The status bar goes all the way to the right and when the 45 are over, it starts again.

At the end it said IMPORT ERRORS: 172

And then it starts all over again.

I just restarted HM and it says :

Files Imported: 2 of 45
Hands Imported: 18066 Hand/s 8??/s
Duplicate Hands: 18066
Import Errors: 0

as of now.

Did you use import from file/folder or did you use auto import?

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/Config folder please and ill take a look if theres something in there thats causing it

I've been using the auto import. The hand histories from Pokerstars are WinRAR and I have the evaluation copy. I used the 'extract to' button.

Thanks for looking into my file and helping me.

move all the files to a USB stick or external hdd and import them from there via import file.

I think all the hand files have transfered, it keeps trying to re-load them. How do I stop it?

I still need to get and load the tourney history from Pokerstars.

Also, the HUD is not working. It is showing new hands, though.

Please check your auto-import folder configuration.
Delete all files in this folders except the current ones. This folders must be nearly empty.
After this the Hud should work again.
