On one of my computers, I have to use the tablefinder to get a HUD on mergetables. On 2 of my other computers that works fine. At another of my computers, ongame isnt drawn automatically but I have to use the tablefinder.

How can I fix it so that all tables get the HUD automatically?

Search for the file exenames.txt in the holdemmanager config subfolder.

copy it from a working computer to the other ones (make backup copies of the original files before overwriting). HM should not run while copying the file.

There is not 1 single computer that works fully. All computers has at least 1 error. Two is on merge, on is on betsafe.

Here's an "unofficial" build that has lots of updates along with fixes for many problems associated with the recent Stars and Tilt updates. There's a ton of other fixes too including iPoker shallow tables. We're looking to have an official build early next week but wanted to release this build early for those of you that want to use the latest version of Holdem Manager.

If you have problems with this build, please update to the latest official build below and that should solve any new problem you experience with this pre-release. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Try the table finder - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+)

If the table finder doesn't make them begin to appear automatically on new tables:

This is probably caused by the exenames.txt file.

Close HEM. Rename the ExeNames.txt at \RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config to ExeNames.txt.bak.

Start HEM and try a single table. If the HUD doesn't appear, try the table finder. Once you get the HUD to appear on one table, try a second table.

If none of that works, we will probably want to schedule a remote support session to take a look.
